Leaders of companies that go from good to great start not with "where" but with "who". They start by getting the right people on the bus, the wrong people off the bus and the right people in right seats. If you start with 'who' you can more easily adapt to a fast-changing world. Secondly, you don't need to worry by motivating them. The right people are self-motivated. And third, if you have the wrong people on the bus, nothing else matters. You may be headed in the right direction, but still won't achieve greatness.
